We are pleased to announce our 5th annual Managing Strategic Performance conference for Fire. This year's conference is about delivering better outcomes for people, doing it more efficiently and with fewer resources. Do more, be better and cost less.
We will bring together delegates and speakers to develop thinking
within these themes of:
• Doing more with less
• Deeper customer insight
• Successful leadership behaviour
A new workshop format will enable more focused debate. Delegates will work in four different groups and attend four workshops in rotation so that everyone will attend all four sessions by the end of the day. We will capture the learning from each workshop, present the findings at the end of the conference and afterwards will send out a learning document based on the day.
