"East Dorset District Council achieved Good in the CPA Inspections but as with many types of council had a number of areas to address. The most notable being performance management and related issues. Following the excellent recommendation given by Restormel Council and a site visit to see their improvements in action we appointed Alexander to support the review of the Corporate Plan. From the date they were appointed they seized the issue and were instrumental in securing the involvement and commitment of those involved. We believe that with their help and expertise, we are well on the way to addressing all the issues raised and have a culture upon which to build on further improvements."
