Client Services & Business Support Teams

Our Client Services & Business Support Teams are based in our Southampton office. 

The Client Services Team work to ensure that we understand our client’s strategic and operational environment and what they value most from a consulting partner. They also work with our consultants and clients to share knowledge and learning through case studies, Thought Papers and events.

The Client Services Team takes care of:

  • Any prospective clients
  • Public-sector research
  • Creating Alexander resources (case studies, thought papers, factsheets)
  • Meetings with directors
  • Events
  • Any general enquiries about Alexander/our work

Oyr Programme Support Team work with our consultants and their clients to coordinate resourcing and relationship management for our assignments. They can provide you with a single point of contact for all  contracts/projects and enable us to deal efficiently and effectively with enquiries/communications.
